Dispatch and Shipping
You order will dispatch one to two days after order except on Thursday and weekends.
Your order will be shipped by your selected shipping method.
Sew Crafty are not responsible your your items once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.

Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item.
If you have a query regarding the refund you must let us know within 28 days of the refund being issued.
We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that Sew Crafty has made or the goods are faulty.
Patterns & Books are none refundable.
Bespoke, handmade and cut materials are none refundable.
